On Oct seventeen, 2011, an Ohio law banning artificial drugs took effect barring selling and/or possession of "any substance, compound, mixture, or preparing which contains any quantity of the following substances possessing a stimulant effect on the central anxious procedure, together with their salts, isomers, and salts of isomers", listing ephed
